    insulting my novi 2k

Hello I have just been insulted. A certain buttmunch has called a novi garbage not for big hp.My setup is making 600 to wheels with the clutch slipping and needing more fuel.Has any1 made in excess of 700 hp with this blower? Hopefully I will then crack my block, lol.Does any1 know the fastest a novi 2000 has gone? I have a 3" blower pulley and stock crank pulley, what combination would be better?

What's your combo? I'd be happy with 600rwhp.

do you have pics of the 2000 and the aftercooler? There has been cars in the 8's on that blower so i wouldn't believe everything you hear. At the power level your after the aftercooler may or may not be a restriction? Nice setup btw!

I routinely see Real Street cars going 9.60's and 9.70's using a Novi 2k with a blower pulley the size of a water pump pulley. I know mine goes low 10's barely spinning it.

There are a few people in here making 700whp + on here and elsewhere. Someone just brought another car to my attention with a Novi 2000, I'll post the link and info on the car in a new thread in here.

How does it feel to drive a ticking timebomb? I would replace that stock block with a dart/R302/A4 ASAP and save your rotating assembly. If you push it harder it will grenade, without a doubt. I don't know how it's still living now!

It goes Tick Tock every second, lol. An R block is in the works, along with a solid cam and maybe a hit of the funny gas as well.
