No Boost----please Help Me!!!

I have a '91 GT, all stock except exhaust. I just installed a brand new NOVI 1000 and it only makes 4.5-5lbs of boost. I want a little more boost, I have a 255 pump, an FMU, and a boost retard. I would like some in-put on changing the crank pulley to an F-150 pulley. What year truck, engine , etc. do i need to order it for ? Will my stock belt still work ? What about the stock W/P pulley ? Any help to get a little more boost would be greatly appreciated. h

Frank is that an AOD car? I see it says hammer shifter.

If it is, I would say that 13.0s or maybe a 12.99 on a good day for your car. I did not see a whole lot of mods to the engine or the trans in that list of goodies you have.;)

Yes it is an AOD car . It is mostly stock and original except for 3.73 gears , H-pipe w/Flowmasters , shift kit , 255 pump , boost retard , FMU , K&N and best of all it has only 20,600 miles . I would be very happy with 12.90's Thanks alot:D

12.90s is a stretch with your stock AOD even with the gears you have but I don't think a 12.99 would be impossible. Only one way to find out.:)

Thanks everyone , I really appreciate the help , I will keep you guys posted on how fast it goes . Alot of you may want to know how fast a stock 5.0 AOD GT Convertible will go since they are the slowest to start with !:bonk:
